Morrissey on Britain's royal wedding Prince William's family blasted

Singer Morrissey on Britain's royal wedding Prince William's family blasted at the end of this week, insisting that neither party will unfold, because the kingdom "benefit scroungers " will be filled with what are seeing.

"The press reports from Buckingham Palace tell you that people love them, but go out now and speak to people on the street and they will laugh at you. They really will."

Morrissey explains 'South Riding' role


A new drama South Riding is relevant to modern audiences has been claimed by David Morrissey.

Speaking to What's On TV, Morrissey explained that his character Robert will be unhappy about Sarah's arrival.

"Robert is a middle-class landowner who is on the local council and takes his duties seriously," he said. "Sarah has strong views about the education of women whereas Robert's a traditionalist, so she starts off rubbing him up the wrong way."

Morrissey described the drama as a "rollicking great story about unrequited love and social conscience", adding: "It's relevant to a modern audience, too, as it's set in a time of economic hardship."

South Riding begins on Sunday at 9pm on BBC One.

Stars line up for 'Waterhorse' fantasy

David Morrissey, Emily Watson and Alex Etel will star in Jay Russell's film fantasy "The Water Horse," it was publicized Tuesday.

The story is based on the children's book by Dick King-Smith, The Hollywood Reporter said.Etel portrays a Scottish boy who finds a strange egg, which contains a mystical water horse.

The film follows his labors to protect his new friend from people who consider it a danger.Morrissey will play Captain Hamilton of the Royal British Army whose troop has seized a small diner run by the boy's mother played by Watson.

David Morrisey want to play Gordon Brown

Actor David Morrissey says he would portray Gordon Brown the ill-fated prime minister for a second time. HE want to performed Gordon Brown which opposite Michael Sheen’s Tony Blair in award-winning TV drama The Deal.

Morrissey 46 years old paid pounds to star as Brown, and he says that he wants to perform the Scot final day.

Morissey reveal at Brighton's Komedia club on Satutday night he said, “I would be very interested if the film was about the story of Brown’s general election campaign. I was fascinated by it”.

“He had a disastrous premiership. He is a brilliant man but he wasn’t compatible with public life. He’s terrible in public, afraid of being seen as frivolous. He has this mad mouth thing that he does. Someone obviously told him he had to smile but it didn’t look natural.”
